The RM of Brokenshell participates in the Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure Seasonal Trucking Weight Restrictions.

The RM can issue Overweight Permits. A $20 Administration Fee is added to each application.

Single Trip Overweight Permit

• Cost: $50 per trip ($100 per trip during Spring Road Bans)

Annual Overweight Permit

• Cost: $150 per year
• Annual Permit Application 2026 (pdf)

Completed forms can be emailed to the RM Office. Processing times vary.
